PRINT POLICY

Please take time to read through thoroughly and ensure you understand these terms and conditions before you commence any project with Vz Print.

REFUND POLICY


R1. FOR DISPLAY PRODUCTS:

  • We recommend that you e-mail or contact us to check for stock availability before ordering.

  • Once ordered, there will be no refund unless we are out of stock.

  • Any changes in product or reduction in order quality which cause a credit balance, the credit balance will not be refunded, but it will be sent as a Gift Card Code for the customer to make an online purchase in future (no time limit). No Cash Refund.

R2. FOR PRODUCTS WITH PRINTING/CUTTING:

  • please refer to our above Print Policy first.

  • NO CANCELLATION is allowed for orders that come with printing once the artwork confirmation/approval is sent.

  • Customers are required to check the product during collection/delivery. Any manufacturing defects can be 1 to 1 replacement. No refund/replacement is allowed after checking.

R3. FOR WRONG ONLINE ORDER / CANCELLATION OF ORDER: 

  • Refunds are only possible if the customers inform us ASAP before any artwork confirmation/approval is sent or processing starts and within the same day of order before 5pm. 

R4. FOR ORDER BY QUOTATION:

  • NO CANCELLATION is allowed for orders sent by quotation and the Customers have accepted and paid. 

R5. CHANGING OF ORDER QUANTITY / ADJUSTMENT / MISTAKE IN ORDER:

  • Refund may be allowed subject to approval by us, and a refund may not be in full. The refund will be sent as a Gift Card Code for the customer to make an online purchase in future (no time limit). No Cash Refund. An administration charge of mins $15 or up to 30% will apply whichever is higher.
