Sun & PH is a non-production day for some products. Refer to individual product processing time.

Total Lead Time = Artwork Time* + Processing Time + Shipping Time (if any)

*If the customer does not provide us with ready-to-print artwork that meets our guideline, additional artwork time is required.

Details explaination for Online Ordering Steps

Step 1 - Find the product

Browse our ONLINE STORE and/or search the product you want.
You can also find product by category from the Top Menu.

Step 2 - Add to cart

Once you find the product you want, select your option and click ADD TO CART.
If the product you want requires any printing, you can submit your artwork to us or download our TEMPLATE.
You can also visit our ARTWORK GUIDE or PRINT POLICY page for more details on regarding the artwork preparation.
You can UPLOAD/E-MAIL the artwork to us from the product page before adding to cart.
You may add more product to the shopping cart before checkout.

Step 3 - Checkout

Once you have all the products added to the shopping cart. Click on the little shopping cart icon to view your order list.
You can change order quantity or remove items from the list. You can also enter your coupon/promo code here if any.
Click on the CHECKOUT button or PayPal Checkout button to place your order.

Step 4 - Payment

Customer can now make payment online by PayPal (includes Debit/Credit Card) or
Offline Payment by e-Transfer/ATM/PayNow/PayLah.
Kindly inform us once payment is done and provide us with a copy of the payment receipt or print screen.
We will keep track and inform you once payment received/cleared by our bank.

Step 5 - Artwork Confirmation

Artwork Confirmation e-mail will be send to you for approval if your order require any printing.
Please UPLOAD/E-MAIL your artwork to us if you have not done so in Step 2.
Your order will be process upon receiving artwork approval and payment from you.

Step 6 - Completion

We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up or delivery.
Booking of appointment is required for self-collection.
